I am a UK-qualified teacher with over nine years of classroom and online teaching experience, a PhD in Translational Medicine, and Qualified Teacher Status (QTS). As a current A-Level Biology teacher and recent AQA A-Level Biology Examiner, I understand exactly what students need to succeed in their exams. I have always been passionate about science, education, and helping others achieve their potential. My academic journey led me to complete a PhD in Translational Medicine at the University of Liverpool, followed by Qualified Teacher Status (QTS). For over nine years, I have taught Biology and Science in UK secondary schools, and I currently teach A-Level Biology at an outstanding independent school. I am also a recent AQA A-Level Biology Examiner, which gives me valuable insight into what examiners are looking for and how students can maximise their marks. Alongside my classroom teaching, I have extensive experience tutoring students online in Biology, Science, Foundation Arabic, Quran, and Islamic Studies. I enjoy working with students from a wide range of backgrounds and abilities, adapting my teaching to suit their individual learning styles and helping them build both confidence and independence.
